The minneAppleseed meeting will be held today¬†at Papa’s Pizza on¬†4159 Thomas Avenue North, Minneapolis.¬†The minneAppleseed meeting will be an open meeting focusing on developing five leadership teams.¬† The five teams are Hope, Family, Education, Economic, and Environment.¬† The two most developed are the Hope team, primarily working with churches and other prayer ministries, and the Environmental team who has been developing the Appleseed House project.
There have been items that overlap between the different teams, creating excitement and synergy, which is good.

Jeff Skrenes invited us to give a brief update on the Appleseed Project at tomorrow evening’s Housing Committee Meeting. The meeting will be held at 7PM at Farview Park. Directions.

We met with representatives from CPED this morning in an effort to learn about how to acquire a lot for the Appleseed House project. I summarized the procedure as I understand it based on today’s meeting below:
